My Story
After more than 20 years in Human Resources, I founded Eldin Consulting to help organizations and HR professionals thrive. Throughout my career, I have partnered with leaders across industries to strengthen employee relations, improve workplace culture, support organizational change, develop managers, and build high-performing teams.
I created Eldin Consulting to provide small and mid-sized businesses with access to experienced HR leadership, while also offering HR professionals practical guidance, mentorship, and certification support for the PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP.
With master’s degrees from George Washington University and Villanova University, I bring a people-centered approach grounded in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and strategic human resources.
Through Eldin Consulting, I offer HR consulting, leadership coaching, employee and labor relations support, workplace investigations, organizational development, and certification preparation. My mission is to help organizations build stronger workplaces and help professionals reach their full potential.
